After placing an order for a non custom product your order will be processed and despatched by the next working day (subject to availability). Once despatched you will receive an order despatch e-mail from us. If your order qualifies for a tracked shipping option then the e-mail will contain the Royal Mail tracking number.

Custom Products
After placing an order for custom products your order is automatically logged on to our system. When we receive your ear impressions you will be sent an e-mail informing you that your order has entered production. Once your order has been completed* and passed through quality control then you will receive an order despatch e-mail. If your order qualifies for a tracked shipping option then the e-mail will contain the Royal Mail tracking number.

Invoicing
An invoice is automatically generated after your order has been despatched, and the invoice will be e-mailed to you the next working day.
