We have tried to make the ordering process as easy as possible

1. Simply place your order online & you will receive an email with Instructions on the process. Manufacture time is usually 2 weeks after we receive the impressions (this can vary dependent on how busy the lab is) We do also offer a chargeable rush order service if you need your Pro-Aquaz quicker this option is available when you place your order.
2. The cost of impressions is included when you have them taken with our partner company, Kernow Ear Care, based in Cornwall. If you’re located outside Cornwall, we can provide a list of trusted impression specialists for you to book with directly (please see map below). 
3. Book your appointment directly with the Impression Taker, ensure you tell them you need Full Concha Impressions for a Custom Ear Product. (the instructions attached to your order confirmation email will have all of these details).
4. After having your Impressions taken you will then need to send them directly to us at Pro-Aquaz HQ where we will scan & convert them into a digital file to manufacture your custom Pro-Aquaz (134, Penmere, Newquay, TR7 1RX). 
5. We will let you know by e-mail once your order is in manufacture.
6. You will receive a further email to let you know when your Pro-Aquaz order is ready to be dispatched along with tracking details for next day signed for delivery via Royal Mail.

Please note:

• Custom Ear products require good deep impressions in order to create a seal in the ear. 
• If you think you may have a wax build up, please discuss this with the Audiologist when making an appointment for your ear impressions.
  **You may be charged a fee if an impression provider is unable to take impressions on the day.
• Once received we scan your ear impressions & an electronic copy will be stored and can be used for up to four years for any custom ear product.
• *Children* – Not all dealers are able to take ear impressions for Children. If you have issues sourcing an impression taker for your child below get in contact.
