How long will it take to make my Pro-Aquaz ?
Once we have received your ear impressions our production time is usually around 10 days. This can vary depending on the number of orders we have in production.
Do you offer an express service ?
We offer an express service of 2-5 days if you need your order in a hurry, at a cost of an extra £40. Please email or call us to discuss info@pro-aquaz.com – 01637 520396 or select Priority ordering when making your purchase
How long does it take to ship my Pro-Aquaz?
Shipping within the UK is via Royal Mail on next day signed for delivery so it should in most cases arrive within 24 hours after Manufacture is completed. Sometimes weather & other factors beyond our control can disrupt this though
How long will my custom Pro-Aquaz last ?
Your custom product can last indefinitely, however we recommend new ear impressions are taken every 4 years as the shape of your ear canals can change over time.
What warranty do I get on my product ?
All products come with a 30 day warranty period for problems with fit, and 12 months warranty on build defects/components. For full details, please read the info on Refunds and Returns
If I need to order a second product will I need to have my ear impressions taken again ?
We will keep a digital copy of your ear impressions for 4 years and will be able to use them to make further products when you order them. Just give our office a call on 01637 520396 once you have placed your order to let us know to use your existing impressions.
You already have my impressions on file, does this mean I can get a discount ?
Ear impression taking is a free of charge service when taken at our Pro-Aquaz HQ. If we already have your impressions on file then we are happy to offer a 10% discount on a new set.
Do you have any other Custom Earplugs or In-Ear Monitors I can purchase?
Yes we are suppliers of multiple brands of In-Ear Monitors & Custom Hearing Protection, these can all be purchased at our sister site Pro-Earz
What do I do if it feels like my Pro-Aquaz dont fit correctly
We will always work with you to ensure the best fit is achieved. If you feel like your Pro-Aquaz dont fit properly please advise us in writing within 30 days of receiving the Pro-Aquaz. To rectify a fit issue this must be done within 3 months after purchase or raising the issue with the Pro-Aquaz team. After this time a new set of impression maybe required & we will charge a replacement set at 50% of the purchase price.
Purchasing Pro-Aquaz outside of the UK
Import fees for purchases outside of the UK are NOT included in the cost, the customer is responsible for payment of any Import fees for the destination country. Pro-Aquaz are not responsible for any costs other than International shipping costs
